Cryptic Paw is a small, creative brand created by Alice Cashman. As an extremely talented individual, Alice chose to chase her passion for creativity by learning new things and conjuring her inner art gremlin to craft items like drawings, stories, paintings, and video game designs.

Additionally, Alice works as a professional voice actor! She went to college and earned a BA in Theatre Performance, along with Certificates in Film and Voice Acting, at Wichita State University. She has been in the voice acting industry for about 5 years, doing voiceover for e-learning, narration, animation, audio dramas, video games, and character voices.

After Alice left college, she headed straight back into the world of academia and earned herself an AAS in Mortuary Science at Kansas City Kansas Community College, successfully passing the Arts and Science sections of the National Board Exam and acquiring a cremation license. But, this is just a neat chapter of her life she likes to brag about over pizza and beer nowadays. It’s yet another quality to cross off on the oddity checklist!

Most days, Alice now works diligently on her Cryptic Paw Gaming channel, making gaming playthrough videos of both indie and AAA games. For the indie gaming community, she loves to also perform a game design analysis of the different gaming elements that make up the game as a whole. This analytical review, leading to the Ultimate Toe Bean Rating, features places where elements worked well in the games while pointing out where others could improve.

On top of all this creativity, Alice is now also improving her own game design skills, particularly in level design, 3D modeling, and texturing, to help form many worlds of gaming magic with her boyfriend, a professional game developer.
